Koppers shares 60% of registered capital, and TISCO accounts for 40%. Koppers is one of the largest carbon material and chemical product supplier. TISCO is one of the ten largest iron and steel making Complex in China . The main products of Koppers (China) is coal tar based hard pitch, soft pitch, modified pitch, naphthalene, carbon black oil, wash oil, solvent oil, crude phenol and other related products, and provide technical consultation and service.
　　KCCC adopted kep technology and process came from Koppers. The designed annual capacity of KCCC is 100,000MT/Y.It was commissioned in 2001.
